Great from start to finish. Mark organized my quote quickly and had my job booked in. Paul and Glen were punctual and did a brilliant job. Nothing was any trouble and Paul took the time to explain everything. Site was left clean and tidy.

We purchased a $4,000 automatic gate from them. The motor started failing after around 4-5 months of use. We requested a repair from them and they billed us $469.65 for repairs claiming a machine of that value needed an additional warranty plan for repairs within that period? Something which goes completely against basic consumer law. Even the technician who came out to repair our gate admitted that it was a faulty product that should have come under warranty.

We had an issue with our commercial property which required a heavy duty gate installation. Upon inspection, rapid access determined recommended a post be installed and for it to be concreted into the pavement. The works were done with minimal fuss, at a fair price and good communication throughout. Workmanship was tops! I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service from Rapid Automatic Access. They were the most professional out of the companies I contacted and did not sell me something I didn't need or want. Communication from them was pretty good too. They were patient and wanted to make sure I was absolutely happy with the installation.

First time I've posted a review about a company but the service is horrendous. The team that initially installed our gate were great and friendly. If we had any issues they seemed more than willing to assist. within a year our lock fell off the gate. we were happy to pay a fee for it to be serviced. a new lock was installed but only after coming out twice as they didnt have the tools the first time to complete it. The installer apologised and said dont worry there will only be one service fee. they subsequently tried to charge us twice for a service fee and also for a replacement lock. we then found out it was only the screws that needed to be replaced and not the actual lock. we have been reasonable and were happy to pay for the initial service fee and replacement lock (even though it wasn't necessary). the gate is now not aligned and we asked for it to be fixed. again we were happy to pay for this service but they insisted we settle the second service fee for the previous job. When I said that we wouldnt be doing so they told us to go elsewhere. Lesson is while the initial work might be fine they will stuff you around if there are any future issues

Our automated gate refused to close, rang the team from Rapid Automatic Access Sydney and were booking in for a service without delay. Luke attend and found the issue and sorted replacement parts. Another great service.

Mark was extremely helpful in guiding me to the best way to get a new remote and even to program it myself.He rang me personally and then emailed the instructions. I am very impressed with the service from Rapid Automatic.
