I agree with Admiral. These guys are out of date, out of touch and are ultimately lazy beyond all measure. I have never come across a company that is so disrespectful and apathetic towards its customers. The sad part is, they are holding hundreds of schools and companies hostage due to their badly designed software being a hundred times more complicated than it has to be, ensuring that its clients have to log every single thing with them (and then wait weeks for a response).If I could ditch our contract tomorrow with them I would, but unfortunately they have embedded themselves like a virus into the way things operate at the company and untangling the mess they have made is going to take a long time. My goal is to find an alternative solution, then eventually lock them out of our systems altogether.Their training courses are a complete waste of time and horribly over-priced. One course we attended was for a full day, but the trainer decided that halfway through the day we had gotten our money's worth and ended the course early. We then had to kick up a fuss to get a partial refund.The funniest part has been our recent upgrade" of Synergetic causing us more frustration than it was worth

Useless system! Never consider getting it! No support at all

This whole company can be summed up in one word useless".Their software solution is old

Google web result and company phone message informs staff will be available until 6.00. Everyone's gone home by 5.11pm. Out of office message is playing.

No matter how much you people try to defend the undefinable; the fact remains that your System is cumbersome. You claim that everything in your system is standard which usually schools have but it is not. And if someone would ask you to modify your so called ‘standard’ feature even slightly, you would want to charge them for it even though that modification should have been there from the start itself.Furthermore, the practice of using parties with vested interests like your own employees like Tony Pentogenis, Scott Le Brun and Waye Wynn Lee (to name a few) to give good reviews is such a deceitful thing a Company with an iota of integrity would not be doing. Having major flaws in your systems and trying to fix them up is one thing but hoodwinking the public is much worse.
