I was very impressed with how courteous, friendly and professional the service guy (Hank) that came out to fix my problem. Nothing seemed to be a bother, explained everything that he was going to do, which made me feel very confident with his professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The quote I was given over the phone was what I paid. THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB.

Not very honest. One price given over the phone, different price given on site. At the end of the job both rate and price quoted changed. Very little work done. In fact only thing done was an inspection. Id never use or recommend such dishonest people to anyone. Find someone else.

Communication was excellent, turned up on time, was polite and very efficient. Pricing was extremely competitive after calling around for several quotes, and he did a better and more honest job than the big companies last year when our heater broke down twice under warranty. He serviced the unit, also fixed a major problem the big company missed TWICE in call outs last year, and the heater hasn't missed a beat. Charged exactly what was quoted. Thank you very much. Highly recommend!
