Neil did a pre purchase inspection on a circa 1930 house for me back in 2011 and again on an older home in early 2023.I didn't hesitate to look Neil up 12 years down the road and again he put all manner of potential issues into perspective, also picking up numerous things I'd overlooked, a value added inspection being the outcome once again.Neil gets my endorsement for being highly diligent and excellent value for money.

We found his reports to be very generic like a copy and paste to everything:Eg : it is to code / industry standard .I hired him to check and report to me the quality of workmanship as I am not a builder.We eventually lost confidence in him and just checked the work ourselves.
