Very nice location with beautiful scenery as it’s right by the lighthouse. They have a lot of toasties and drinks available. The outdoor sitting is super lovely. Pretty good prices in my opinion. Good amount of parking here, along with a parking lot down the street. Happy to have stopped here.

They were happy to change the dish to make it vegan, I had delish mushrooms, fried onion and some lettuce on sourdough.

Super great location for a tea room. Plenty of drink and pastry options. I would recommend the scones, they come with jam and cream. Great seating outside and washrooms for customers. However there was dirty dishes on the tables outside. The best part was the birds eating the cream on a nearby table!

As the scone master chef says, “this is a little hidden treasure..once people find out about us they keep on coming..thanks to our friends at Anglesea who said to come..great coffees, Milklab almond milk,wonderful ambiance and a smiling happy crew

Spring/Summer is the best time to go. Wonderful service and amazing scones. Probably the best combo of cream and jam (with scones) I've had in a long time

The brownie with ice-cream was delectable!Staff very friendly as well, and managed to not laugh when I ran into the door - thanks for a great experience :)

The staff were so busy chatting to one another that they took a while to notice me waiting at the counter to place my order. There were cups and plates from previous customers piled up on the table outside. The coffees were okay. But it was overall a disappointing experience. Proximity to the lighthouse was their only drawcard.

A cute little teahouse within walking distance from Splitpoint Lighthouse.They have a good selection of sandwiches and hot drinks. We had the Cheese & Bacon Toastie and the Avocado Toast. I personally enjoyed the Avo Toast, especially with the added cheese on the side.Very friendly staff. Worth a visit for a quick meal before/after visiting the Lighthouse.

The place is adorable! Good quality coffee, friendly staff, cozy indoors or outdoors, it’s nice choice to sit and enjoy a breaky. Easy to find parking. Prices are very reasonable. Stunning views to the ocean from the lighthouse, which is literally, a few steps from the cafe.

We had a late breakfast after a morning hike, and the egg and bacon toasties were the best.
