Quality Hotel City Centre

I booked a suite for my family.Rooms were spacious but the bathroom and toilets need more attention due to ageing.The bathrooms were smelly and toilet had no room freshener.This hotel has a cramped parking space for suite rooms so either park your car on the street or park in front of the reception area.

I was on the room 203 just by myself. It doesn't look as renovated as some of the pics that appear here so thats why the 4 stars. Hope they extend the renovation and also add some soundproofing.Nevertheless the room was super clean, it was a decent size, bed was OK and the bathroom also acceptable .Toiletries products were super nice and they even have a shaving cream dispenser, super useful.The Asian lady at the reception was very helpful and check in and out process were smooth and quick.Just off the pacific highway. Google maps indicate you a weird entrance at the back, maybe because it is a very big property.Didn't try the gym or pool but they looked nice.

Stayed here for work-related reasons and got the king bed room with the spa-bath.Pool was quite small considering there was a lot of rooms with guests staying in them.Issue I had was with the room, it was quite small considering I paid over $300 per night, didn't even have a kitchen so couldn't cook any food unless it was using the microwave but the spa bath was pretty cool though one if the dispensers were leaking all over the basin.

Stayed in room 256, large well maintained room, comfortable bed, kitchette, and great bathroom. Service at the bar was a little slow. Cashless hotel.Not enough carparks in the section we stayed in. Room service was not worth the money as the fish was dry and looked and tasted like frozen boxed fish.

Rooms are clean and well presented, basic needs meet, the staff are very helpful and will help you with you with little issues. The only issue is with vehicle noise of the night as it is just off the main highway and can hear truck as they brake coming down the hill.

Stayed here for one night on our way north. This hotel we stayed in was ok, but not really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant at this Hotel, only one problem, not open on weekends, including breakfast.
