I went into their store to purchase quite a few items and Greg was incredivly rude. Made everything out to be a huge hassle.Greg berrated me for not ordering online instead of going into the shop.The shop is set up with display shelves so I have no idea why he insists that local clients order online.I had previously been in the day before and the other employee was very happy and excited to help.If you are planning on buying from them i would strongly encourage you to find a supplier elsewhere as walk ins are not encouraged and other online stores are significantly cheaper.

I was chasing some cutting fluid and stumbled across P&A on Google. Greg was most helpful to help me find a suitable cutting fluid. He took his time and explained the pros and cons of each product. I walked in expecting to purchase a 5L and came out with a Hocut 400K 20L. Thanks for your help mate - it’s good to know local businesses support hobbyist machinists.
