They were very professional all throughout the funeral and patient, but it didn’t end there. John and his partner on the day found one of our cars parked on the side of the highway with a flat tyre after the funeral and decided to help us out by calling a friend who owns a tow truck and waited till the tow truck came.Highly recommendedThanks guys!

After our family meeting with you, we didn't have to worry, you covered every aspect to perfection. It's evident that your services go above and beyond. We were a little overwhelmed and you thought of everything to make this a fitting end to our beautiful Mum's life. The music was superb, how wonderful to have the hymns sung live (such a wonderful voice).The flowers, the Limo for 12 children (special thanks to Grets), enabled us to be together through this special time to Mum's final resting place. We played music and had a sing a long on the way back to her wake! Exemplary service, I can't recommend your services highly enough. Personal service delivered with kindness and tailored to our families needs.

We were blown away by the support that Angela gave us in the planning of my dad’s funeral - she was truly at our beck and call. Staffs are very friendly and helpful thanks.However, staff should remind next of kin family members to double check all documents. As in our case the death certificate was sent to another family member because documents were not double checked.

I just like to say a huge thankyou to Scott and the team at Ern Jensen Preston for all they did when my mother passed earlier this month.They all showed compassion, empathy and caring.The Service went off without a hitch and was lovely.Scott couldn't do enough for me.
