Omg! Just go!!Freshest food, hot and cold! Great selection and the nicest owners/staff, super helpful and kind!Absolutely love when they have the Japanese curry on!! My favourite for sure! Great choice of cold drinks too!

An unassuming shop front with incredible food. If you're looking for some fresh seafood, this is a must try!Fish and chips were delicious, large serves, fresh fish, and full of flavour. Oysters and prawns were fresh and flavourful. Friendly service.

The fish and chips are absolutely delicious, so fresh, clean and tasty. Homemade tartare sauce is delicious. The entire meal was 10/10, definitely will be back. Owner is a chef and can definitely tell in the quality of food. Worth every dollar.

Been back to this place twice during my stay , it would have to be the best fish and chip shop I have ever been to!! Would highly recommend it. The batter on the fish is so light and crispy I could eat it everyday. Seafood was fresh and delicious. Staff were so welcoming and friendly.

Bought barramundi fillets for cooking fish tacos yesterday. Thefresh barramundi turned out juicy and tender, made the tacos taste even better!! We would love to try their take away meals next time.

Yesterday (Sunday April 31) I ordered take away from Sea Shells Seafood at Port Douglas. I am extremely happy to give a 5 star review. The food was excellent. The fish and chips takeaway was actually the best I've ever had in my life. Beside generous serving size, it was prepared (extremely well - a lot better than other sea food take away shops) and presented meticulously. The customer service was polite. The shop was very clean. I can thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE Seashells since the new owners have taken over. The fresh fish is amazing as is the cooked food, all with a Japanese flair. Highly recommend the kaki-fry (fried oysters) and takoyaki, as delicious as you would get in Japan. Wish the new owners all the success, they deserve it!

Understated narrow shopfront in cafe strip. Fresh local seafood and take away. Ordered take away tempura battered fish & chips as well as Japanese style fried chicken & chips. Wow! Delicious food. Generous servings. Good value at $25 each. Recommended!

Highly recommend for amazing fresh seafood! We loved the fish and chips, the batter was crispy and fish was perfectly cooked, one of the best we have had! Prawns were very fresh too!
