Got a Greek snack pack, which came with salad, chips and a lamb skewer. The chips and the salad were excellent, but for me the meat skewer was overdone and didn't have much flavour at all. Greek souvlakis are all about the meat - it's gotta be well marinated and well cooked (preferably over charcoal). Sadly, this one just didn't hit the spot.Desert was really good.

To be honest, the guys who took the order was very friendly and nice. But I waited 10min for the souvlaki when it wasn’t busy. It’s $22 for a double meat souvlaki and the portion wasn’t double meat, doesn’t worth the price. Chicken was over cooked and dry, and the lamb was a little bit dated.The reason for 3 star was the people were very nice but the food wasn’t good at all.

We were overcharged by a staff member (we wanted to order off the lunch menu but he charged for a full dinner platter ) when we asked for this to be rectified they advised no! ( the boss would not let him ) we will never go there again,the boss then contacted us and advised we were WRONG (as he reviewed cctv )as we ordered the wrong meal however he ommited to acknowledge we immediately questioned the problem once we were charged (as we wanted to order off the lunch menu) which we got nothing but blank looks ,then we addressed it again and again only to be told .........sorry we cant help you " .....be careful when you order from these guys as you cant change your order once they have charged you (wrongly) ."

Had a 13$ lunch special.Highly recommend for the price. I had grilled halumi?, greek salad pitta bread and tazikki and came with dressing for salad on the side with lemon garnish. My husband had the lamb. $1 extra for a small container of chilli sauce. Lovely fresh light lunch.

Over the years, I keep coming back only to find the food nothing short of perfection. For the vegetarian, there are many options. Our of all my souvlaki experiences around Australia, this is the best. Customer service is friendly and authentic. Lots of tasty options for vegetarians. Great choice of decor and music, never failing to enhance our eating experience. If there was such a thing as exceeding perfection, The Souvlaki bar would be the first.

Outdoor and indoor in a family business for years , located near the strand. Prices and variety of products available and lunch times or a $13 meals until 3pm available. Foo is freshly made and very filling. I'm highly recommended reviewer so it's a yesfromn me and ther are plenty more yes from their customers.

I was really pleased with my meal at The Strand Souvlaki Bar. The Keftethes Side was excellent - the meatballs were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The chips and greek style calamari were also great. The customer service was friendly and quick to bring out the order. Overall, I thought the food was fantastic and the service was very good. I would definitely recommend The Strand Souvlaki Bar to anyone looking for a great Greek meal. I will be sharing this meals with many others. Thanks! You will be catching me there again next time shortly.

The food here is always great. They also do real Greek coffee. The stuff that puts hair on your chest. I try to go back at least once a month. I love that they always play Greek music.
