Under new management and looking after everyone pretty well. Taking over the restaurant next door to further their community service. Great effort! I will support them, so should everyone. All the best guys.

We stopped in to pick up some snacks and drinks while on our to the beach. The store itself was fine however it seemed like a hindrance for the cashier that we were there even though there was no one else in the store at the time. We weren't greeted, and while we were at checkout there wasn't so much as eye contact. I understand a lot of small towns don't like tourists"

It's a local store and does welcome tourists. I read the other comments, but it's not as bad as it sounds especially if you visit in peak (December holidays is when I went) where they have some freshly prepared food and also hot coffee. The prices maybe targeted at tourists" (a bit on the high side) but it was convenient than the long drive as we were at an air bnb nearby. Serves most of your beach and grocery necessities. Probably new staff since the last review as they were friendly."

If you need time out to restore and relax, there is no better place.Not much there as far as shops, however the beaches are beautiful .Very safe place for kids.The only real place that I can go and relax.

It's pretty special .Has everything needed to fix a supermarket item forgotten.Or for Angler's bait and other fishing equipment.There's also alcohol available in the fridge .

Almost all that you need can be found in this local store including fresh veges, cereal, bread and noodles. We hired a place and wanted to cook our dinners. We were able to purchase all the necessary ingredients from here. Very convenient.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The man behind the counter was so aggressively rude to me for absolutely no reason. I felt so uncomfortable by the manner in which he treated me and really regret not putting what I was buying down and leaving. It's such a pity because it's such a beautiful spot close to where I live but it would put me off returning.
