Australia Post - Wyongah LPO

New owners are such nice people, always a pleasure to go in and post my letters.

Painfully slow service, was overcharged for my parcels, one very important one was sent without the proper stickers (assuring me that it wouldn't be sent back). A very stressful experience, if you value your time and money I don't recommend visiting them. Never going back.

I went last Monday to buy Monday lotto and ask the young guy to give me 18 game for today but he gave me 18 game for Tuesday. Bit busy people talking sideways when serving customers.no sense of value and customer service.

New owners. Service is great. Fan and Jan go out of their way to help anytime I ask for assistance.

I deal with Fan and Jan at the Wyongah Post office on just about a daily basis. Nothing is ever a problem for them. I can't speak highly enough of their customer service.

The older gentleman at the post office end was rude -patronising and totally offhand to me- plus never gave me the insurance on my parcels! Totally upset me- the ladies are lovely but definitely won’t go again when he’s there!

After not receiving a note from? that I have my passport waiting to be picked up, I contacted the passport office whom informed me my passport was waiting to be picked up from Wyongah post but if it wasn't collected within 5 days it could have been sent back...so concerned if it was still there I turned up at 8am as stated on their website after I was asked what I wanted, he looked confused then continued to serve 2other customers before nearly serving customer 3 I asked are you going to serve me as I have to get to work..he said Go and come back another Time?? Telling me the post office doesn't open until 9...I left in tears as I was already worried if my passport was returned as I travel next week.. so uncalled for! Since living in the area for the last 3 yes this gentleman always seems to be annoyed and customers are just annoying .. time to retire or don't work in customer service.

New owners are fantastic! Very friendly and helpful everytime I've been in store.
