Despite knowing busy times, this store is now consistently leaving customers to line up 8 trolleys deep at a regular checkout, or 20-30 people deep at express or self serve. As customers we can't move around the aisles for all the people and trolleys lined up. Why are the rosters organised so poorly? I'm going to Coles across the road.

The sales department is great, which is why I bought 3 vehicles from them. However, the workshop where the scheduled service is performed is not as good. I had disappointment on two occasions. In the first, they changed the radiator fluid and forgot to put the cap back on. If I hadn't noticed, I could have had a serious problem with the engine. On another occasion, I took it in for a repair on the fuel compartment lid and they closed it without putting in the proper screws.

Over the past 6-8 months, I have seen the shelves go from full to no stock at all. That’s all sections, not just one or two BUT ALL sections. I went early morning around 8am an the shelves were near, I don’t know if all Woolworths are like this, but this Woolworth is, I like to shop locally to keep money in our community, but it looks like I’ll be changing locations

Shopped around 4:15pm Weds 28th. 3 cashier open and the female serving in the middle caught a shop lifter trying to buy one soft drink and bag for of meat. She put up her hand for help and yelled out to the manager( blonde older female who always seem to be in a bad mood) , who was too busy chatting and laughing with another manager ( male with tattoos on arms and calves, slightly overweight). The cashier was stressed and flustered and the shop lifters ran out of the store with multiple bags full of meat.The blonde manager came over finally and didn’t care when the cashier said I tried to call and get help and no one came.Poor management, not supporting their team. I’ll get their names next time I shop.

Hands down the WORST Woolworths I have ever shopped at. The shelves are always empty and never well stocked.The layout of the cashier’s is absolutely shocking. There are ALWAYS people lining up all the way back into the aisles waiting to pay for groceries. Never enough cashiers on to serve the amount of customers. They need to add more self checkouts as they have all the staff checkouts but never staff working to help customers pay for their groceries! I went there last week and was reminded again why I will not shop there anymore. Coles is across the road and is way better designed and stock. I hope this Woolworths has some major design upgrades and new management!!!
