Whitsundays Pharmacy

I get all my prescriptions from this pharmacy and frequently buy sunscreen and cosmetics at this store. I find their prices are often better than the online discount pharmacies, and they always have specials on various products. They have a great range of brands and if they don't have something I need, they order it in and call me within a few days when it arrives.The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly.I love shopping at this chemist and always get great customer service.I would give their staff 1 million stars if I could.

Horrible and disgrace, If there is a option I would put a 0 star or minus.

Always great knowledge and service

The staff at this pharmacy are amazing. We were travelling interstate and we forgot our medicine at home. We spent days trying to get out GP from back home fax over a script but they were having fax issues. The pharmacy were fine through out the whole process and were helping us to try to find all possible avenues for us to get our medicine. Eventually, a day later, and the fax came through and they contacted us to come in for our meds.

Do not go this pharmacy. They overcharge on prescriptions to almost double a normal prescription price. Beware. An $8 prescription will cost $18. From previous reviews which we unfortunately did not see, they are aware of their charges and should advise this when accepting the prescription.

On holidays from Brisbane popped in to get a script done. I am so glad I do not live here. Totally ripped me off on my script price. I was charged $23.30 when in Bris I pay $9.50. I queried the price at the counter to be told The pharmacist can charge what ever he wants." Shame on you Dan. ."

They have been super helpful and very nice in regards to finding a Covid-RAT Test. They took my number and put me on a waiting list, rang me and even put one back for me, although I missed their call! *much appreciated!! Has not been the same experience in any other pharmacy in the area...not even close! *thanks again! =)

I was needing help and the lady that served me explained ill be at the end of the script list! Yet i was asking for help beause my aunty was having difficulty breathing! The staff lady kept telling me that she couldnt help me or push it forward for a PREVENTER for somee to be able to breath! The the pharmacist himself goes on to argue with me and NOT HELP US!! I will NEVER be back!! The service they showed me was discusting everybody that was standing there could see i needed help and yet they didnt help at all! This is definitely not the pharmacy it once was! Absolutely discusting! My mother died instantly last week they all know this! She was also an asthmatic!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK HERE!! EVEN AFTER THEY KNOW MY MUMS JUST DIED FROM BREATHING DIFFICULTIES!!!!

I rang and ordered my medicines. I was told they would be ordered from Cairns and would come in the next day. When I arrived to pick up the medicines they did not order them, and Cairns were now out of stock. They had one of the five boxes, but lacked knowledge in understanding that a needle pen was required to administer the drug. They said they attempted to call me, but they never left a message. I additionally rang a few days earlier to advise which day I was collecting and they falsely told me my medicines were ready to be picked up. I wonder if they choose not order life savings drugs also.Luckily I did not need my medicine to the next day and pick up was sorted in Mackay.
