Excellent facility - clean, well maintained, and very secure. The process to organise a storage unit was smooth and easy. Great value for money. And when we drove all the way from Sydney having forgotten our padlock key, Renee was there in under 20 minutes (on the weekend!) to help us out with bolt cutters! Highly recommended.

I left my family's belongings with West Orange Self Storage for 2.5 years whilst we went overseas to pursue expat work. The facility is spotlessly clean and offers great access for loading and unloading of goods. The business runs like a well oiled machine with robust forms and processes. WOSS has made storage a breeze. Access when we need it, clean, secure and reliable. No dust, no pests & no fuss! Having trolleys on hand made things easy when moving heavy items in and out too.We needed reliable, accessible and secure storage and WOSS met our needs - including when we started to out-grow our first space, and had to find something larger.Renee has been so helpful and friendly, with regular communication regarding any changes to access, changes due to Covid safe management or potential impacts of nearby roadworks or construction. In Orange at the moment it's really hard to get storage anywhere.Orange self storage is a new state of the art facility that has just opened and is very well thought out.The service that I have received from the time of opening has been second to none and Renee is incredibly helpful and delightful person to get along with.WOSS has many different size storage sheds to facilitate your needs and they are open from 7am until 8pm and have a good selection of hand trolleys and flat beds to assist you in getting your goods moved in.Payments can be made by direct deposit, pay over phone or arrange a time to pay at front office which is very welcoming.Well done WOSS, I am very impressed.

West Orange Self Storage is the best place to store in the Central West, without question. It is easy to access, with reasonable opening hours, and it is all undercover. Scrupulously clean. We stored here for over 7 years without an issue. Professionally managed and organised, yet with a human touch. Potential storers will only have one issue - it is so good, it is difficult to get a unit.
