Haven't been for a while but wanted some journals. was met at the door by a friendly staff member asking if I needed help ( I had stood still whilst I did a quick scan to see if I could work out in which direction to find what I wanted). Signage was incredible. Large and very easy to follow. Staff were also very helpful when I was asking for a particular product and even suggested something I hadn't thought of. 5 stars and I will definitely be back soon.

I have been newly introduced to painting and have on the odd occasion been with my friend and visited Erina Eckersley store. On most occasions have found the staff there to be incredibly rude by being offhand and unhelpful. I am an RN, I get the COVID rules, but this is not an excuse to be rude to customers who are actually new to the arts.I have been here a couple of times and received wonderful and personable service but other times with different staff it is the opposite and I do not usually and especially go out of my way to rate poorly.I would sometimes rather find my way through the maze of Spotlight than to come here as you cannot be assured of great service.

Awesome online sales as well as knowledgeable & lovely service in-store or click n collect. I must give huge props to the Customer Service hotline for Eckersley’s. I ordered something online & just called to check on the progress of delivery. I had all my questions answered & even he refunded my express-shipping as Australia Post was at fault & couldn’t deliver it on time. He sorted it out without me having to ask. Just an excellent exchange over the phone. I’m so excited to receive my item & look forward to shopping with Eckersley’s more.

I am an elderley pensioner recently starting to learn to paint. I needed advice on suitable materials and asked for assistance. I was given the finger point to the particular aisle and generally ignored by the female employee so I approached the male (manager?) who showed me some products and he picked out the wrong one with the wrong price. He directed me back to the female who was so rude, I threw my hands up in disgust and left the shop. They just wanted to get rid of me. As a grandfather with a large progeny, this store will never see me again and maybe not a lot of my families.

Went here for the first time on Sunday and just had the best shopping experience. I am new to drawing and wanted a few things, the staff member that served me was friendly, helpful and suggested a few alternatives to things I had seen online and thought would be cool gadgets. She took the time to explain things to me and made me feel like a valued customer. I tested my new toys last night and she was 100% spot on with her advice.I won’t be shopping anywhere else now.

Enquired if they stocked Cork sheeting for a model base. Recommended to staff they should stock this product as it was not available on the Coast, but was told as I left by a male staff member to not hold my breath" Apparently another customer had also enquired about this product. Poor attitude and customer service."

Lots of stuff but very over priced. Saw more then one thing they sell that is also sold at kmart much cheaper. Paint box from kmart $39 exact same product at Eckersleys $139. Canvas was also much more expensive then the same brand ones from the base in erinafair. Would avoid

I used to shop regularly at Eckersley at Erina. I would buy my Drafting supplies from them. They used to have great service and discounts too. A while ago, I ordered my Rotring ink cartridges from them ( as I would normally do ) and the Saleswoman said to me, “ You’re lucky!” “ this is the last one left in Australia” “ we won’t be able to get any more of these ever. They have stopped making them”. I was completely in shock. That night, I searched other suppliers in Sydney and was told that this is not true. They have plenty in stock and are constantly buying them from Germany. I have changed suppliers now and have never been back to Eckersley since.

My go to place for all my art supplies. Store is set out nicely and everything is easily accessible. If you can't find something in particular the staff are super friendly and happy to help. They also offer a student discount so students don't forget to ask!
