We've had a wonderful experience with Shinetime and the staff! They've been great with our son, understanding and working to help his development as he grows. The team is tight knit and we feel like they truly know our kid :)

My son has been at Shinetime since he was 10 months and he absolutely loves it there. We are so happy we selected Shinetime, Suzanna and the team are fantastic, they make it feel like we are dropping my son of with family each time. Shinetime is relaxed, the kids are happy and it has a great vibe.

Even though our son ended up not going to Shine as we moved to another suburb before his starting date, I'd like to share my great experience when contacting Shinetime. They were very helpful when accommodating tours, communication was very efficient and after our change of plans, they promptly refunded us the enrolment fee.

Very good childcare. Our little Romy is so happy their. All educators are really nice with the kids and their parents.

We love Shinetime. The ratio of teachers to children is amazing & it means our daughter always gets one on one attention rather than being lost in the crowd. The learning is wonderful too & we have seen our daughters language, comprehension & physicality all grow exponentially. We love the staff too & so does our daughter.If you want to make sure your child gets known, noticed & challenged to grow & learn according to their needs I highly recommend it.

We can't rate Shinetime highly enough. I will never forget the day I called this centre. My child was attending a large centre and was distraught when I collected him one day. I really felt like he had been neglected, so I took time off work to be with him and to re-evaluate. To my distress, most of the childcare centres were pretty much a variation of the same care. I called Shinetime in desperation. They had heard my story numerous times before.From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The educators are so attentive and a family atmosphere was quickly established. The rooms are bright and colourful, the activities and toys are interesting and the whole atmosphere is conducive to nurturing both the children and families.Best decision we made.Thank you Shinetime team!

I found the centre to be highly professional with excellent and highly trained educators. The environment was very inviting with a warm surrounding making learning much more effective and inspiring. The programs were very educational and provided a great learning platform for future growth. The management team are highly qualified and motivated to ensure both parents and children transition through the centre with ease and are very responsible at all times. I highly recommend this centre.

Shinetime is a fantastic family friendly Centre. The staff are dedicated to ensuring the children are not only well looked after but learn and grow on a daily basis. We love the initimacy of the Centre and the support the parents receive goes far beyond expectations. We can’t recommend Shinetime enough and any family who has their children attending the Centre are very fortunate to be there.

This was my little boy’s first daycare in 2020 when he started at just over 1 year of age, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A small centre with consistent and caring staff meant that he settled in well and quickly. Great communication meant I felt so reassured that he was doing ok once I left. He has since attended much larger centres and it’s been hit and miss. Small, family and child-centred daycares are the way to go.. especially for little ones just starting their daycare journey.
