Shining service and beautiful jewelleryI worked directly with Owen Dyson over the past year to design and source an engagement ring. Owen was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning, Owen was understanding and professional. I was very very new to this whole world of diamonds and Owen was able to take me through this process and put me at ease. He went above and beyond and worked with me every step of the way. My partner was very happy with the ring and it was the exact right size.Musson is a great place for high quality jewellery and exceptional service in a family environment. It is definitely high end without the pretentiousness and some unique designs for engagement rings. Rude, arrogant and poor quality. What a combination.After wearing my engagement and wedding rings for 15 years i decided to have they remade at Mussons Chatswood. What a mistake.Although it looked like they remade the rings well, after only 12 weeks of wearing them (i am an office worker) they were significantly bent out of shape and my wedding band cracked resulting in a diamond falling out.When I returned them to Musson to be fixed they arrogantly told me it was my fault and that damage like this can be caused by opening a wine bottle or making a bed or wait for it.....clapping". it just shows the poor quality of their work!My advice - stay well away from them unless you want poor quality and every worse customer service!!!!!!!!!"

Purchased a wonderful emerald Sun Struck ring as an engagement ring for my fiancé. It was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Amanda was an amazing help and was able to provide a wonderful selection of options within our budget. My wife and I have engaged the skills and services of Robert Musson for over four decades, in producing bespoke items of jewellery. A few have been quite atypical e.g. a Treasure Chest, a climbing Monkey… Some pieces were transcribed from my drawings and enhanced wonderfully. Others, Mr Musson designed entirely himself. The craftsmanship is of precise exacting standards. The finished products are truly beautiful and elegant, as well as 'fun' The team at Musson's produce and perform at remarkably high standards. It is an understatement to say that we have lasting pleasure from the pieces created.

Musson's is my favourite jeweller. I love the 'different styles' as well as the conventional. They design all their jewellery or will design one with you. I have done both and could not be happier. The variety of colours in precious & semi precious stones would be hard to match. They are magnificent. The service from the staff and owners would be hard to beat. I have had the most wonderful experiences when I have visited their stores. I would highly recommend a vist to see their beautiful jewellery & stones. Go in and discuss your requirements and you will not be disappointed. Just love this place.

Amazing continuity of care and exceptional service. Engagement ring was bought from Musson's QVB branch last year (wonderful service). My father dropped it in Chatswood for complimentary shine and polish today (just before the wedding). He and the ring were treated with utmost respect and attention. It looks brand new and it is so sparkly it frankly looks like it has been washed in the sun! To top it off, my fiancé and I received a hand written xmas card today from Musson. It is their old world class and attention to detail that makes them stand out. I continue to love my ring and admire the team that facilitate its lifelong care.
