We have a property with limited access to the backyard. Just a side gate with no ability to get in diggers etc. Really pleased to be able to find SA Pipe Relining.No, it isn't cheap but then neither is replacing the pipe in a tiered garden and this comes with a great guarantee on the work. Everything was done efficiently, all work explained clearly and my yard was left immaculate at the end. To dig up the pipe and have to fix my yard, steps and pavers afterwards would have cost me so much more.Very happy with the end result which caused minimal disruption. Professional set up , but not a professional business model. Poor value is an understatement. I required a pipe repair damaged by 4 small tree roots that over time had worked their way into an urban ware/clay pipe slowing water waste from the bathroom about every 6 months. I asked for a quote and vision of the issue to make a decision on the fix. Their equipment and staff were very professional and polite. The issue was in a pipe around 16 m long and appeared to have some roots slowing the flow judging by the camera vision of the pipework. The repair process of their unique pipe repair system was explained and pictures illustrated on their van. The process seemed very straight forward judging by the access and length of the pipe. What I didn't expect was the quote for a 2 day job? and around $6000 total cost. Judging by the nervous and guilty look on the technicians face when handing over the quote, he is rightly ashamed of the pricing structure they have against the real cost. A quote to dig and replace the pipe properly was cheaper and would last longer and be more reliable. Maybe this product is good for smaller jobs with less access .

SA Pipe Relining were recommended by our regular plumber to fix our 84yo clay pipes.Jake did a professional job of assessing, explaining the relining process, likely outcome and quoting. Tony and Dan handled the relining expertly, efficiently and within predicted timeframe, leaving everything as they found it.Pipe relining has save us money, time and the disruption of digging up our garden and paving. The guys from SA Pipe Relining have re-lined several sections of our old earthenware drain system and each time have been very courteous, considerate, professional, polite and friendly. They are flexible and also consider our needs at all times. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering their service.

We recently had problems with drainage as tree roots had broken the pipe in 3 or 4 places under our house. I contacted our regular plumber and was advised we needed to cut through our family and bathroom rooms to replace pipe at a cost of around eighteen thousand dollars. This amount did not cover any of the repairing floors etc and none of this is covered by insurance. Fortunately we found SA Pipe Relining. Their tradesman Jake arrived the next day and thoroughly assessed the problem via CCTV inspection, showed us the problem and prepared a very reasonable quote which was a little more than half of quote from original plumber. We were not charged for this inspection. . He explained the whole procedure to ensure we were fully aware of what was involved.. Very soon thereafter Jake and Dan arrived to rectify the plumbing. We found Jake and Dan to be very nice polite young men who were extremely professional, friendly and always willing to discuss any queries we had. . We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Sa Pipe Relining as well as Jake and Dan to anyone experiencing drainage problems I have in fact passed on details of this service to 4 people. My 1955 house had an extension built on in the early 1970s. The extension was built over the sewer drain.My plumber investigated the drain and recommended it be replaced. We discussed the options of cutting through the floorboards and digging down to the sewer line to replace it, or, relining the drain. The relining approach was deemed less intrusive.SA Piperelining came to reline the earthenware and cast iron early this week.Tony and Jay arrived on time, and were professional in appearance, manner and work practices. Even their vans were clean, and tidy and organised within.My questions were answered as I watched above ground processes, and later, as I was shown camera vision of the relined drain.Tony and Jay kept a tidy work area and cleaned up at the end of each day.Thanks for the USB with before and after videos of the job. I look forward to a visit in 12 months to confirm the integrity of the lining.

From speaking initially to Phil and then having Tony and Dave arrive to fix our sewer pipe I have to say SA Pipe Relining were the best.They were punctual, approachable, communicated with me every step of the way, included me in viewing the before and after videos of the 2 problem areas of my sewer line and explained every step they took to make the repair. When the job was done I was given a brochure explaining their process, a brilliant warranty and a USB showing the before and after video of the repair. How cool is that !!We'd struggled with our sewer line blocking every 2-3 months for over 2 years and plumbers costs were over the top wanting to dig up our front yard which was just not practical but destructive to the established garden, retaining wall and pavers we have. Other pipe relining businesses quoted outrageously.Phil and his team were beyond what we had hoped we would find. The price was realistic and affordable, the crew on-time and well presented, courteous and professional and the job was done in 4 hrs. No ripping up the front yard and they cleaned up thoroughly after they finished !!Totally stoked with the job, the result, the price and the team.Thanks everyone and I say if you're looking, don't go any further than these guys.
