Pretty good store, quite big with a good selection of stuff. Staff are friendly but could manage customers a bit better. 1 person serving at the fabric counter and spent 20 minutes with a customer while 4 were waiting.

Order blinds told one to two weeks .They took around one and half months which is ok .But when they came in I was rang and I said I would pick up on weekend in mean time come down with Covid so rang and let them know and that I would pick up following weekend.I was rang by a girl and was spoken to rudely about why I hadn’t pick up as I said I had rang and told them why .She rudely told me if I wasn’t there by mid day Saturday they with be back on shelf and I can’t have so the girl in blind part please be nice ………

Customer service is useless. They totally bamboozle you with dimensions that you have already calculated yourself and then they cut the wrong length & when you return, they tell you they won’t take cut Fabric returns! Even though it is their fault they cut the wrong length. Customer service needs to “shut up” and listen to the customer.Would never go there again if there was an option to another fabric shop in Orange NSW.

Feels more like a $2.00 shop than a Spotlight store. The aisles are overfilled, making it feel cramped. The fabric section needs dusting, price tags are missing from items, staff are hard to find, and prices at the register often don't match the advertised price.

A huge range of Ebenezer you might need for dress making, knitting, soft furnishings, homeware and crafts. Lovely, helpful staff.
