Online experiencePurchased items and received only half the half I received pants had a hole in it and the top was stained terrible quality! Still waiting it’s been 2 weeks my other items order all together have not arrived and waiting till Monday to seek legal advice!! One was a gift so it was stressful .. I do not recommend Rivers online .. stressful experience for rubbish quality items! Then when you reach out you get ignored or a stupid reply like we don’t know when items will be delivered during busy times! WELL WARN PPL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT THERE IS DELAYS

They are terrible online retailers. Better to wait until the shops open again.An update on my rubbish experience buying online. The shipping is $9 so I ordered three items to get better value for the cost of the shipping. The shipment was delayed for ages. The shipment was not recorded under my online account so I couldn't track it. When I got in touch with them via email to ask what was happening the responded with an email to say two items had been cancelled. I got in touch as soon as I saw the email to ask them to cancel the whole shipment but they told me too late, it had been sent. So now I have paid $9 for shipping a $9 product. No correspondence to ask me what I would like to do, they just made the decision themselves and I ended up with a bad deal.

Just got in today. They had a lot of sales going on. Bought a few things. Happy with the price is so cheap. Lovely staff don't know the name but they are friendly and very helpful.

Yea, you gotta love 2 good brands in one super huge place! Lots of parking...LOTS of clothes, shoes,& BARGAINS...always a sale on...great variety...it's a dream...then go & grab lunch or coffee from places nearby.

Good clothing and prices. Staff also good, but store poorly organised with racks all over the show and blovking access to goods.

Oh oh bargain and sales lovers should go here! I got 2 pairs of boots and 1 pair of shoes for $15 each!! It's a steal! And it's comfortable also, with so many choices also!And there's also a leather one if you want.Many selections of clothes, dresses, jackets, pyjamas etc. The quality is good too, can compare with kmarts some even better.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Bad attitude from the staff working there, extremely rude and very poor customer service. Will not be going to this store again. The young girl working at the store counter was not only rude to us but the customer before us. She refused to help and started arguing. She had a it's not my problem" attitude. Please train your staff

Big sales lots of bargains. Pitty they don’t have many stores in Sydney. Great quality shoes at affordable prices.
