My Ride Ballarat
Bad customer service.Took a bike in for repairs which needed parts ordered. Not only did the proprietor not contact me after the parts had arrived; but after a week nothing had been done on the bike - the proprietor had neither added a ticket into their job system, nor even TOLD the mechanic about the job. When I called to ask about the job, the mechanic couldn't even FIND the bike within the store and was very quick to shirk responsibility & immediately blamed the proprietor's job management. No care was given to me or the bike, and the staff don't even seem to communicate their jobs to one another.

Amazing customer service. I was away on holidays and broke a spoke in my rear wheel on Saturday morning. Tim and Max repaired it that day and at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much boys great work.

Great stuff!! Thanks so much!Pros:- fantastic customer service. Friend and helpful.- got to the shop 10mins before closing and still very willing to help out a customer.- would recommend. I'm completely clueless but still got treated very nicely.Cons:- a little bit crowded with bikes (which could be a good thing?)

Stopped in today for some brake pads for my bicycle.was on holidays up here so said we could wait , no trouble at all even took the time to give us a map and some tips on where to ride. Price was very established and service great

I had my first e-bike and i needed some accessories from the shop.the owner was so kind and helpful when I asked for a little crash course for a noob Luke me. Also, he adjusted my wheel and the handle. I couldn't have such a great service like this from an online experience. Thanks for all the great service z .

Not worth the time. Hard to get info when you receive one word answers when asking questions. And then having disagreement with junior worker on floor. Will go somewhere with service.
