Like everyone, we wanted someone trustworthy who is able to give practical advise, with the experience to manage the entire process from tradesmen to fitting, and deliver what they promise. Most importantly, we wanted value for money with quality finishing.We requested numerous quotes and some were enough to put us off renovating! Others tried to hard sell us before we saw the actual design! Thankfully, we met Sam and Viv from DDK. Their quote was simply the best for what we wanted. They were genuine, straight to the point, suggested excellent design ideas and nothing was difficult or impossible. They will find solutions for you.For example, we had trouble with several engineers to remove a retaining wall in the kitchen prior to the renovation. After weeks of expensive quotes, no-shows and false promises, Sam took the initiative to assist even though it's not part of the kitchen renovation agreement to get it underway. In addition, any minor repairs or rework needed were attended immediately with no fuss. How's that for service!The tradesmen used were excellent, punctual and courteous. Andrew in particular is friendly, experienced, a hard worker and has a simply-can-do attitude.From the before and after photos attached, we are extremely satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending Sam and Viv to everyone. Andrew was very timely and responsive to all our queries which provided comfort before starting the job, and always came to assess the job during and after the installation process to assess quality. Luke was very thorough and did a great job installing the cupboards. They were able to adapt to our requests for a particular drawer and came back to follow up on this. We would recommend them for any kitchen and cupboard upgrade.

We approached Dream Doors Melbourne South and Andrew Hooper and Kevin came, took the measurements and ordered the new doors. A week later Luke came and installed the new doors. We didn’t want to change the layout or the stone bench top, just give the old green cupboards a facelift and add a couple more and swap some cupboards for drawers. Andrew and the team did a great job on our brand-new kitchen which was installed in the extension we built to the rear of our house. We had come up with a design in principle for the kitchen ourselves, but Andrew and Luke worked closely with us to make some common-sense amendments to the plan based on their experience. They helped us select cabinet types and finishes, and measured everything carefully to ensure that everything was ordered to our requirements. Installation went very smoothly, with Luke assisting us with some custom elements that needed some fine tuning during the work. We felt that the price they charged was fair and we were happy with the communication throughout.In short, they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and too a very good standard. I'd happily recommend them to others considering similar projects.
