I orded the white simplicity flowers for my grandma. Lilies are her favourite flower and moet her favourite champagne. She was very happy and surprised. The flowers (beautful) as she put it and they arrived on time. I will use them again.

Received the wrong package twice, then took the wrong packages back even though thy were opened by accident by the receiver. Incredibly disappointed with their costumer service, what a way to ruin a special occasion for a family member.

I just had to get online to tell everybody what a pleasant experience I had with Twisted Ribbon. Firstly that hamper was beautifully presented and the quality of the food I was told by the receiver, was great. I ordered the champagne for two hamper for my friends engagement. Everything was perfect. I recommend Twisted Ribbon everyone.
