My 12 year old child baker has attended 2 day workshop, she absolutely loved it and is now making awesome floral cakes for our family and friends. Shes excited to register for the next course. Extremely fun, professional and experienced, highly recommended.

I’ve attended two of Babette’s workshops and found both to be fantastic! Babette is a skilled chef and instructor who gives her all to ensure students are supported to understand and create beautiful cakes -Babette is generous with her time, provides everything you need and shares advice and tips for multiple cooking applications. Babette’s courses are so good that chefs enrol in them to learn from her -I’m just a regular grandma and work in a totally different field so I was a bit nervous when I found out i was the only one in the class without a background in hospitality but Babette made me feel relaxed and gave detailed instructions so I am able to recreate what I learned in the workshop at home! I totally recommend to anyone - you will love every minute, I certainly have!

I attended workshop a and b, i enjoyed it very much! Babette was such a professional yet kind teacher. in workshop a we learnt the basics of how to pipe different flowers onto cupcakes and in workshop b we learnt to pipe more flowers and learnt how to ice a cake. Overall it was a great experience definitely recommend anyone wanting to take this class.

We have chosen Babette to create our wedding cake because it's pretty and tastes good. Babette designed the cake to match my floral designs and the salted caramel cake got lots of compliments from guests! Definitely recommend her cake (and I probably would order again in the future)

Blooming cakes Rhodes is a home studio --offer workshops and also accepts customize cake orders.We attended workshop and Babette is a lovely trainer who is very patient, very experienced. From the way she taught the class, you definitely know she is expert. The studio has enough equipment, lovely environment.The taste of cakes are so good, good presentations. Highly recommend for beginners as well.

I attended the workshop A+B+C weeks ago, learnt a lot. It is a home studio, total 4 people attended class. Babette is very professional and friendly, she provided lot of 1vs1 teaching make sure everyone can get the skill. I really enjoyed it and I made beautiful cupcakes with Babette's help. I have now attended Babette’s classes A , B , C1 and a private 4hour class.Babette is a master of her craft. She is professional, friendly and an amazing teacher. Babette is also extremely patient and nothing is too much trouble. I will be continuing to take her classes. Highly recommend !!!

Attended a butter cream workshop with my friends for a hens and it was the best! Learnt lots of cake decorating techniques and had lots of fun.Babette also made our wedding cake which was an absolute hit! I would highly recommend her cakes to everyone ❤️
