I called to make an appointment to see Dr Joram today, unfortunately the receptionist I spoke with could not communicate very well on the phone. The noise in the background was so loud she couldn't hear me. Every question I answered I had to literally spell out a couple of times, to no avail. When I explained to her that the noise may be hampering her ability to hear me she laughed and said oh yes I'm in the treatment room. I suggested she move somewhere a little quieter so we could hear each other but that didn't work either. I was forced to end the call without booking an appointment and am hesitant to call again.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dr Joram and his wonderful team. We could not be more grateful for all the hard work and kindness everyone has shown to our little Olive after her recent dog attack. We rushed Olive in, and she was taken straight through- no questions asked and given pain relief. We had multiple calls and check ins to let us know how Olive was travelling during her surgery. We have had a few follow up appointments now, and the quality of service and kindness is just outstanding.

Very respectful staff and vets .We had to put our 16-year-old cat sable to sleep. They were very good to the wife and myself.They kept us waiting till reception had closed so we didn't have to walk out with sable in a bag for burial at home

I took our 12-year-old German Shepherd to this vet to have him treated for an eye infection. The vet saw me almost immediately, and found an additional ailment which I hadn't noticed. It's always a relief when a vet acts very professionally and doesn't tried to load me up with medicines, shampoos and other items to inflate the price.I am really happy that I have found someone great near my new home.

Amazing staff. When all other vets wouldnt squeeze my puppy in who was having a severe allergic reaction to a bee sting-these guys did. Everyone was so nice and caring. This is where we will take all our animals from now on. Even though its a 15 minute drive from home.
