The guys doing the installation did a great job. They installed it professionally and were great guys. It was done just the way I wanted it.

Warren and the team at SunBuilt Solar did a great job of educating me on the options available – a big roof system (48 panel, multiple inverters plus battery) has many options! Pricing was very competitive and their design superior to any others (of 14 quotes). A problem with the availability of the quoted panels was quickly rectified, with a number of options provided, resulting in no delay to the schedule. The installation team did a great job and walked me through the system on completion. A minor fault on an inverter presented on the first weekend and I sent Warren an email, expecting a reply on Monday. I got a phone call with the correct rectification advice on Sunday morning. Outstanding service! I heartily recommend SunBuilt as an excellent Canberra based solar provider.

Thanks to Timothy Dawson and Warren Monsma I got a superb service and my solar panels installed. At first I was put off by heavy salesman David's approach. If it wasn't for Timothy and Warren I would have missed on a fantastic service. The work, communication and the execution has been conducted in a professional manner. The specific conditions of my home made it more complicated and I was concerned about the extension of time required. Warren's team, Jake the electrician, took the care that all of the work is completed on the same day. All of the debris and rubbish was removed, all of if it - I could not find a speck left behind - what is more than I could say? Just need Warren to contact me to download the app to follow up on my battery consumption. Highly recommended company if you pass some of the commercial advertising (by David), not by all in Sunbuilt. This is the way to win customer over your competitors

We couldn't be happier with the excellent service provided by SunBuilt Solar. They managed the installation of our 11kW solar system, as well as coordinating the removal of our solar hot water from the roof and the installation of our hot water heat pump. Communication during the lead up was excellent and the entire process (including our ACT Sustainable Household Scheme Loan application) was managed very quickly and professionally. They also made sure that we understood how everything worked and how to monitor the system etc. We would highly recommend SunBuilt Solar.
