Really easy to organise, dropped a bin off the next day pleasure to deal with

Very rude, on initial call I wanted to clarify that it was ok to put the crushed rock and crushed concrete together, he just kept repeating crushed concrete and bricks get crushed together. Called when I had the bin to check where to fill to as I thought he said their is a line not to fill over, he asked me if I'd read the website.When the bin arrived I said does it have a side that drops down he said yes so I walk around to see and say no it doesn't drop down.He said just lift the wheelbarrow above the lip, then made out it wouldn't be a problem if you had someone to help you.Anyway I see only 2 reviews for this 30 year old business.I still have the bin hopefully it's just a misunderstanding
