The electricians B and J from Saturn Electrical, who undertook the spa install electrical circuit, are commended for their courteous and friendly communication and also for their thorough professionalism and knowledgeable approach to the task. We have had many trades here since we moved to Warwick but these electricians impressed for the timely and professional manner in which they completed the job. Nick, Kylie and the team at Saturn Electrical are honest, reliable and trustworthy electricians with exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. We have used Saturn Electrical for many years and always found them to be prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. We own an older home and we have had many challenging and unusual electrical issues come up. Saturn Electrical have always been happy to come out and resolve all of those issues promptly. Saturn Electrical were requested to replace 10 year old oven seal. Instead they charged $100 to just reposition the old oven seal, said that you can't buy seals for that oven anymore and as such you will need to buy a new oven for approx $700. The Oven seal fell out after they left. So the job they did and the information provided was absolute BS. Because, In 20 minutes I found the oven manual online, then called the number in the manual for a company that sells the matching oven seal and paid a total of $40 including delivery. Received seal 5 days later and it fits.
