APM Kwinana would have to be the most outstanding job source provider I've ever encountered. This year alone, I've sent probably 350 resumes to various companies, and even though age discrimination is supposed to be a no-go area. Most responses are you're over qualified for the position. I left Centerlink Rockingham after explaining my dilemma of trying to find work and the knockbacks I was getting. I wanted to work, but I needed to source a job provider that was willing to help me achieve my goals. I mentioned APM and the warm reception I received from the moment I walked into their offices at Kwinana. I told Centerlink I wanted APM to be my go-to company for sourcing work. Centerlink set up my new provider. I went straight to APM and told them what I'd sorted out with Centerlink. I met the new manager Karlee, and then everything just fell into place. The field I wanted to go into is specialised. Karlee immediately got things moving. I was booked in to do my Certificate 2, which was 2 weeks (7 days a week) of intensive training, which I've just completed. I've already got employment in the field I've chosen. On the 11th of April, I commence the 2nd portion of my training. APM has walked me through every area that's required to facilitate the position. I can only imagine what people of the older generation are going through trying to find employment. It's a hard task when you're trying to do it on your own. My advice is if you're looking for work and you're genuine, don't go it alone. Go straight to APM Kwinana, where you'll meet the team, and then Karlee will have a member of her team look after you personally. Amy is the one that Karlee organised to look after me, and she's amazing. Karlee oversees all the clients. Things have changed. APM helps with the changes, with everything you need. Trust me, you'll never know if you don't give them a go" Marc"

I have to say Rhee and the team at APM Kwinana have really helped me build my confidence in myself in prep for employment and the process of gaining that, they allways have a welcoming and warm attitude towards me. A down to earth team that understand my situation and barriers, they think outside the box coming up with solutions and a win win outcome. Event + Action = Outcome

I have been with APM Kwinana for over seven years and I have to say I've never experienced a better bunch of ladies! I am now working and Danni reached out to my employer and they even told me how beautiful she was supporting me. They have done so much for me saved my house and I can now afford to keep living and living my best self. I love my FIFO job and it's helped my mental health. I come into the office and I get a cup of coffee and get to chat about how my two weeks of work had been.

I have to say APM Kwinana in the last 6 months have been the absolutely best I’ve ever seen it. I’ve been a client here for a while now and my consultant Jen has supported me with my employment every week with out fail I am so excited to come into the office and see her and the team as I can’t wait to update them on my week of work!
