The staff are very nice, but the furniture quality is extremely bad. I pay 3 thousand dollars over the furniture, but the furniture's keep having problems. They will tell you the furniture is made in Australia, but it is not. It's made in China. Less than a month, the furniture already has problems. I wouldn't recommend buying any more furniture in there.

Nice new store, polite and professional staff, front page advertising in the local paper. However, no stock held in Albany. No sales off the floor. Delivery time given on many items of2-3 months. What's the point?

They have a really good range and stylish furniture for a very reasonable price but if that is not enough to entice you into their store, I received the most amazing customer service by the staff there. No pressure to buy. They gave us time to explore the best mattress for us. It was such a refreshing customer experience. 10 out of 10. I will never buy furniture anywhere else.

Staff is very friendly, not too pushy. Got a rocker recliner, and I love it. Super comfy, and didn't take too long to arrive
