Lydia Demarchi and the Team at My Boutique Real Estate are the most reliable and professional real estate business that i can say with 100% certainty you are in safe hands. Future buyers beware!At first we thought Lydia was great to deal with.She assured us she was transparent and we felt we could really trust her, that soon changed unfortunately.The most unprofessional experience in our buying history. We found Lydia to be deceitful in the process.We went through a home, was happy with everything.We were told via text we would have one chance to make our best & final offer and given a deadline.Lydia helped by giving us an indication of what was needed to secure the property.We proceeded to put in our best offer ($100,000 over the higher quoted range) by the set time and date as communicated to us via text.We were told we would have an answer within 24hours, once she communicated to the family all offers.We kept getting told the family needed time as it was an emotional sale (which we totally understood and respected).24 hours soon turned to 48 hours which became 72, however we were still more than happy to wait and give the family time to make their decision as we knew all offers were now in and Lydia assured us there were no new offers to come.We were told at this point that our offer now stood at the highest. There was another higher offer initially by the cut off date but they pulled out due to not wanting to wait.At this point we were given hope and so excited to hear this from Lydia herself. She stated that offers were now closed and she would not bring any one else through the property. Even joked about buying us a bottle of moet!The decision day came (or what we were lead to believe was the apparent decision day).Lydia proceeded to greet us on the call in a friendly manner, only to tell us we were unsuccessful. Not even in the top 4 best offers! Blown out of the park" was her very own words.We really struggled to understand what had happened in the 24 hours from our last conversation? Offers supposedly being closed? Clearly not!We expressed this to Lydia

Lydia is a wealth of knowledge and follows through with discussions.She is very professional and really works on behalf of her clients.
