I really had a bad experience here in this salon. I wanted to get a refresh colour for an event. Firstly the promo price is not real. Secondly my hair was damaged really bad. Thirdly the hairdresser didn’t even want to fixed my hair and I have to begged her to colour tone it. My hair was really damaged she didn’t even trimmed it after the bleaching she did, she said my hair colour was beautiful but there was no truth on it. I even messaged the their Facebook account to get a respond. The Facebook account didn’t even respond or apologise for it and do something to make it right.overall I really had a bad experience in this place hair wise and customer service.

GIRLS DON’T GO HERE PLEASE!!!!! All of the good reviews are fake!!! I got my hair done here this week and it’s now so damaged, and it doesn’t look at all like the inspiration photo I showed them. I have to go get half my hair cut because it’s so damaged. And on top of everything, they are refusing to fix it. I’m literally crying right now…

This salon is a hidden gem! The staff were fantastic and really worked wonders on my hair. Thank you and have now found my new go to salon and will definitely recommend all my friends and family
