Australia Post - Yokine South LPO

Needed to get some passport photos for my baby done. Called ahead to ensure they offered the service. No one answered the phone, so I decided to pack up the baby and head down there.When I arrived was told the passport photo camera had malfunctioned so they couldn’t do it.Complete waste of my time.

My general experience has been decent, minus one very sub-par experience where a staff member acted in an extremely stiff, inconsiderate & rude manner without provocation. Picking up parcels is generally easy and if you know what you're doing, it's easy to drop in a parcel to send off or sort one out to send off.The staff over time have mostly been friendly, helpful to the extent that they can be but usually requiring the help in anything beyond the basic services of the more senior employee I've always noticed there.It can get busy and there can be a bit of a queue but as a post office, it's decent and there was only a single, isolated incident I've had with regards to a single employee's behaviour two years ago that have detracted from my experience there.

Excellent experience today renewing my passport. Fast, friendly and efficient service.

The man who works here is lovely and is always super helpful and polite to me. One of the lady's that works here though is always so rude to me and always talks to me as if I am stupid. I asked her if she had a particular product in stock and she said no" but then said "is that it?" and points to the far end of the shop. I couldn't figure out where she was pointing to but she didn't even come over to help me she just kept saying "over there" and she sighed really loudly. I know it might sound petty but she has done this to me several times (not just once) and it makes me feel crappy. This is why I avoid the store whenever she is working..."

The team here are very very helpful and very kind. They got out of their way to help. I wonder if the reviews here are not real - have never seen an older man working there and the service here is fantastic.

Owner refused to accept my working with children's application. Said he didn't like doing them because they took too long and told me to go to a different post office! Took the other office about 4 minutes to process. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

The older gentlemen and older lady who work here are ALWAYS very lovely.Today however I was served by a young lady with a bad attitude who was less than helpful.

I had very bad experience with this current owner. The lady was very arrogant just did her way didn’t listen to customer concerns and produced bad results. Compared to previous two owners this shop owner is bad.:(
