Built a house with these guys back in 2018 and problems ever since!. Took over 18months of chasing them before they finally came back to fix their mistakes and we’re still left with a house that builds up condensation so bad that the window sills are rotting and growing mould because of it, with two kids under the age of 5 this isn’t great and they just keep passing the buck useless and wouldn’t recommend anyone built with them!

Rudeness is second to none. The answer to helping a customer who needs clarification is to patronise and be sarcastic. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY IT????" This was the charming and childish response from the female Colour Consultant on the other end of the phone. Then when I called her out on her rudeness she hung up. Put me off building with them."

Building a house in Bendigo. The worst experience ever. Painter has been back 4 times and still has to come back. Chippy doesn't know how to hang a door. As soon as you mention problems they are pushed to the side. We are taking handover in 2 days and we will have to fix things ourselves. Eg: doors ,calking ,leaking basin, cleaning. Just a few to get you started.
