Walked in at 10:30am on a Saturday to attempt to upgrade my iPhone after Telstra being extremely painful to deal with. Dealt with Luke Cooper who pulled up all my info and saw that I was paying for a level of service that I didnt need as I wasnt using it. I went back and picked up the phone at 12:30. The whole phone was set up, data transfer well underway and everything explained extremely well. I can see why they have great google reviews but the service also comes down the the sales person you are dealing with, thankyou Luke.

There was a long wait at the Telstra shop so we were sent down here. We opened the door and a man came over and told my partner to stop as the carpet had just been cleaned. I explained that the Telstra shop was very busy. He replied “ Well, we are very closed” Oh well, he missed out on the purchase of a new iPhone, all because he didn’t want anyone walking on his carpet ( it was 2.30 on a Friday afternoon) I think we answered the Telstra shop employees question about why they have queues but Audiocom doesn’t . Don’t bother. It’s a long wait, but easier to just go to the Telstra shop. In these days of economic downturn , it seems clear that some businesses get what they deserve.

The staff are friendly and know their stuff. They take time to talk things through, get you the best deal and enter everything quickly. I arrived home to an email saying my order had gone through. They are great and actually give a damn about their customers. I highly recommend them.

These guys are fantastic, super helpful. New phone plan and phone sorted so quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend :)

Needed coverage Oz wide in vehicle. Ray was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and arranged swift install of my cell-fi go. SO happy on every level. 5 star service and product .

Great and very quick service...30 mins to complete my business.Much better than the Telstra Shop (by about 1000%) 50 meters up the road, that has very poor customer service, if you get served at all.
