Changing from my ADSL2 service to NBN left me without internet and email access for 3 days. Daniel provided great customer service and response turnaround during the festive holiday season, and organised Andre to do cabling the next day (Saturday). Very impressed with Andre who went over and above to install cabling for my NBN service and even checked in with me the next day to make sure all was working well. I would rate Andre as ten out of five stars if I could! Thank you so much.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Daniel from Telco Adviser.After arguing with my current provider for the last 3 months about our barely usable internet and wasting hour after hour on the phone explaining the same problem over and over , not to mention the wasted time waiting for at least six different technicians to visit our home, our neighbour suggested we contact this company.Best thing we ever did, thanks again.

We are absolutely thrilled with Daniels solutions in providing us with a high speed guest Wifi network. Using existing cabling we have gone from 4-Mbps to speeds consistently above 60 Mbps over a resort with 51 apartments.
