I have recently been twice to this store, by chance, and they are so nice and helpful.As a man of certain age, I often find shop assistants not so polite or not interesting in helping.But both visits they have been so agreeable and helpful, especially Karen"I have noticed some disagreeable customers which must be difficult for the staff during these present times. You succeed to disappoint every single time I order online. Get your website and stock in order. It would be greatly appreciated if for once you send out all the items (instead of sending refunds) I have ordered. Stop claiming they aren’t in stock even if I was able to purchase them - they always magically restock after the sale has ended.

Dirk had recently contracted tetanus from his rusty fork. He decided it was time for a new cutlery set so off we went to Harry’s Scarf. We had such a great time perusing the various goods and wares that we forgot what we were there to do. Dirk managed to get stuck in the pillow maze.

Decent departmental store where you should be able to find basics expected - not a store to shop for fashion. Often has hiked up RRP with discount tags to present a 'sale price' to give the illusion of a bargain, but I'd say the 'sale price' is worth the quality so if you're looking for something and this store is a convenient location, worth dropping in to check if they have it. Well spaced out layout and clean. Not many staff, so you'll probably have to go to counter if you have questions, if you do find someone around, they may only be responsible for one brand being sold and likely aren't able to help. Accessible.

Big store but disinterested staff. Had to wait 20 minutes at check out because only one staff member behind counter. Poor lady had to explain to customers no one else was available, while she had to replace goods a customer complained about.

Went here before on a Black Friday sale, and oh my! It was indeed a big sale! I was only looking for a rice cooker, but went home with a Digital Pressure Cooker. Crazy! Will always love Harris Scarfe.

I have been a regular customer of this shop for the past ten years, often stopping by during my lunch break to grab some nice clothes to try on at my workplace. In the past, I have never hesitated to return items that didn't suit me for a refund. However, my recent experience was a complete disaster as both the staff and the manager treated me with a rude attitude and as if I were a criminal, which was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. There could be more effective ways to handle disputes, such as avoiding accusations in public or in front of other shoppers. It's important to handle customer disputes with professionalism and privacy to ensure a positive customer experience. The way the staff and Manager treated me destroyed my confidence and sense of worth. I can't be bothered to go through the hassle of dealing with those people again. Walking into that store makes me sick, and the thought of talking to any of them is repulsive.

They are setting the top standards in customer care and will be hard to beat! I made few mistakes in my online order and approached my local Harris Scarfe Mebourne CBD store for help. I dealt with Cassendra and her manager(sorry couldn't note her name). They went beyond store's policy and initiated immediate refund for one of the item. I was looking to buy one quilt cover which was not in the stock. However, Cassendra's manager noted my contact number and ensured that item is stocked. Later, I was informed when item arrived so I can pick it up. I really appreciate their eagerness to help, effective communication and attitude to make shopping stress free! I highly recommend this store!
