Very happy with my Smart House Solar installation.From the sales representative to the solar roof installer my experience with them was open,friendly and professional.Everything was taken care of at there end.Our communication with each other was excellent.Smart House Solar is more than willing to discuss a competitive price. I am happy with the cost of 6.6kw system for my roof.

I found the staff at Smart House Solar very easy to deal with.They followed up on everything promptly. I am happy with their servicesin getting solar panels installed at an affordable price. I particularlyliked the way Jayesh and his team followed up on everything and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied as customers.

Price was great. Customer service/ service delivery / honesty and transparency 0 stars. Demanded payment in advance and that was finalised early on. Install date rescheduled 4 times because of various issues from their/contractor side. Once the system installed lack of follow ups in providing documentation and warranty details to keep on file. Pay a little more and buy some peace of mind. Do not recommend at all !

I wouldn't bother with these guys, not if you want any kind of support after the install. I had an issue with my system that I raised multiple times, eventually the installer was scheduled to come out but they didn't show. A few more weeks of following up - still nothing. My last contact (weeks ago now) was that they're essentially too busy with new installs to do anything. After I paid my deposit they also tried to charge me a higher credit card surcharge than what was on my invoice, when I called it out I was told that's new pricing coming next month". Dodgy."

We have been very happy with our experience with Smart House Solar from quotation through to installation. Through the professional and efficient service, we now have a high quality rooftop solar system at a competitive price. We are in the process of referring Smart House Solar to our family.

This company came and installed Solar at our house and did a great job. They also advised that they would provide a referral bonus payment to me if I referred any new customers to them. I referred my father to them and he got a system installed as well. I've since been trying for 2 weeks to get the payment sent to me for the referral with no result. I am now worried that if I need to make a warranty claim or anything in the future, this would be handled poorly as well. Let's hope the hardware holds up and I don't need to do this because the after sales service seems poorly managed.

I have just recently had solar panels installed by Smart House Solar and from my first enquiry Frank patiently answered all of my questions even as I went to other companies to compare systems. Frank was honest about my options and about finding a suitable system to meet my household needs and fit within our budget. If you want a system from the leading brand they will organise it for you or if you need to stick to a budget they will work with you. Frank shared with me the differences between each brand and their experiences with working with the different suppliers.Signing up was a simple process and every step of the installation process was explained. Finance was made easy through their third party provider Brighte.Gary from the installation team remained in regular contact with me during the installation providing regular real time updates on the install from commencement to completion. Gary preferred to speak directly with me over the phone so missed calls were a simple “please call me back”.We ran into some hurdles that were outside of Smart House Solar’s control, before and during the install (delay in installation date due to Ergon meter upgrade process; damaged panel sent from supplier) in both instances the Smart House Solar team informed me of the issues. Providing update on scheduled booking with Ergon for the meter upgrade and immediately organising a replacement panel and the removal of the damaged panel and packaging of the new panel.Once installation was complete Gary informed me of the completed work (as I was not home) and Frank closed the loop from the sales end.Overall, we are very satisfied with our dealings with Smart House Solar and would recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing a solar system.

After reading reviews about a number of different solar companies and also meeting with some for pricing (some were more than twice the price for comparable systems) and options. We decided to to go with Smart House Solar. This decision paid off and we had a 10.3kw system installed, by CEC approved installers without any issue. From both initial contact with Frank and then into to Gary if was all seamless and everything they said happened on time and as agreed. The installers were professional and easier to deal with. I would recommend Smart House Solar. Note we installed Solis Inverter and 25 Jinko panels and currently generating around 53kw per day when weather is OK.

Smart house solar installed solar at my house at Dec 2020. I must say, the team is great, their service is excellent, everything from contract to installation went very smoothly. I found them always helpful. Max made it easier for me to make decision describing all the details and taking care of all the paper works/procedure up until the installation. Pearl provided excellent customer service after installation. Really an excellent team and I always found them customer focused. It was a fantastic experience and I must recommend them.
