Ashleigh and Rob provide an excellent service. Ashleigh was very helpful on the phone setting up a time to do pest treatment and a termite inspection. Rob turned up on time and did a very thorough job. He spent some time explaining what he would be doing, what he was looking for and the chemicals he was using for pest treatment. Rob showed me where termites had previously entered our house, but assured me that there was no current evidence of termites. Rob provided me with a quote for termite treatment but didn't attempt a 'hard sell' which I was very grateful for. He was very up-front about the fact that we didn't need to treat for termites if we maintained a program of regular inspections. Ashleigh followed me up a week later to check that we were happy with the service. I am! Highly recommended!

I asked Rob to come out to treat a fence and retaining wall for termites after I had a previous retaining wall replaced with concrete sleepers due to termite activity.He could have taken my money and done as I thought needed to be done but instead, he inspected my property and provided me with a lot of helpful information about my property, and termites, and how to keep my home safe.Saved me money and provided peace of mind. I will book my annual inspections and pest control with Rob moving forward.

We booked Rob to treat our house for cockroaches and inspect for termites. He was on time, worked efficiently, and showed extensive knowledge about pest management. We were concerned about the safety of the chemicals as we have two young children, and Rob was able to put our mind at ease and clearly explain how the chemicals are safely used.
