I was very happy with the office at the Professionals. We did have a small issue with one rental rep, but she is not longer there. The professionals addressed our issue with no hesitation.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Steve Creese and his support staff have been terrible to deal with. I tried to get them to sell my home for me and they didnt seem interested. They wouldnt return my calls and never sent me the valuation I asked for. Unfortunately I was forced to deal with them on another occasion because they were the agent looking after the factory I rented. This has been a very stressful time. Again they refuse to return phone calls or return my bond. Very dishonest company.

Very disappointing. It was my first experience as a landlord and I expected more information and better service. Their sales director Steve assured me a premium service but it was far from it. Even upon leaving them, which they made difficult, they offered no reason, apology or even a response. I wish I had read the awful and accurate reviews before I chose them. I am now happy with someone else and paying much less commission. Just don't bother.

We have recently had the absolute pleasure of selling our home through Arbee-The Professionals with Steve Creese. Throughout the entire process, from Steve coming out to conduct the appraisal to signing of contracts and beyond, Steve's communication and professionalism was beyond our expectations. Steve kept in regular contact and would even phone us within minutes of an open for inspection with constructive and informative feedback. Steve got us a wonderful result with the sale price, which was also beyond our expectations. Our home was a hard sell with regards to landscaping, but Steve was up for the challenge. We are thrilled with the service from the entire team at Arbee and would not sell through anyone else ever again. We would also like to give a special shout out to Daryl Gould who also provided excellent communication when Steve was on a few days of well deserved Annual Leave. I would rate them way BELOW ZERO. I am absolutely disgraced. Arbee gave us misleading information yet nothing at all as landlords. In the end got us in a very tight spot because arbee didn't do their job correctly and all seemed in favour of tenant and let them get away with things.. We were always willing to fix problem but tenant didn't report the problem to agent to advise us landlords. Very disappointed. I would never recommend to trust them. They don't care about their client (landlords) just the tenant. Don't waste your money with Arbee. They don't follow the consumer affairs law situations as bible.

Jackie was our property manager for just over 2 years, she made living in a rental so stress-free and always happy to help with any enquiries or issues we had (which was rare, as she always kept on top of keeping the property up to great standard) between Jackie & the owners, it was a pleasure to rent using Arbee. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area!

We engaged Arbee for a potential purchase of a property in Gordon, the team were highly professional in all aspects. They had the answers we required for a rural property, listened to our questions without judgment. Although we missed out on the property and purchased through another agency, I will be engaging the team should we list in the future. I reccomend anyone who is looking to sell/ buy, to give them a call.
