Moved from aussie broadband a few months ago due to increasing frequency of ping spikes gaming perth-singapore. Fast painless transfer, no dropouts, consistent low ping. A couple of weeks ago applied for fttp from fttn. Everything went smoothly and when i contacted them to cancel my fttn connection they had already contacted nbn to cancel it. Highly recommended.

After a bad relationship with iiNet for almost 5 years last August, we signed up with Leaptel who supplied a new modem and had literally no downtown until a week ago when our Opticom interface which is almost 15 years old died. Leaptel tech support after many standard attempts to get us connected, contacted Opticom who decided to reinstall our connection all together with all new components realising the whole connection needed replacing all together.Congratulations Leaptel now we have a clear super speed connection that we never had and are indeed very happy about it. Please note that Opticom replaced not only the Opticom box but also the wiring to the street which was also completely worn and malfunctioning. 3 cheers for Leaptel techsupprt and customer service who also showed they cared by following it up the next day...we are indeed very happy with Leaptel as our ISP

Been with them for 2 months now on FTTP. Great service, no drop outs. Just as good as Superloop and Aussie Broadband in my experience. I've been with others who were way worse and so I'm happy to have found another good NBN provider.

Been with them for 6 months. Great service, no drop outs. Far better than telstra, tpg and Vodafone.Tried all these companies . But leaptel is the best .

Just switched over from Telstra and the biggest difference for me has been the customer service. Setting up my account and getting the service switched over I was kept updated with each step they were taking. What they advertise is exactly what you get and I’m already very impressed and pleased that I switched over.

Churned over to Leaptel three months ago and they have been nothing short of fantastic. They also assisted with my FTTC to FTTP upgrade which also went smoothly. Can 100% recommend Leaptel to anyone who is looking for a provider that has great after sales support, uptime and network quality.

We have recently switched over to Leaptel after hearing great reviews about their services.Upon signing up, I sought advice on the phone regarding the fibre upgrade service which we were interested in and there was miscommunication which was frustrating.After lodging an email containing positive and negative feedback, I received a call addressing these issues which I appreciated. However during the call I was given incorrect information about a 24 month contract for the NBN fibre upgrade (this is not the case).My experiences haven't all been sour as I was fortunate enough to speak to Ash. Her level of professionalism and skill thoroughly impressed me.All in all, I'm hoping for better things from Leaptel.

Good customer service, Initially good speed but service has significant delayed over the times.not much help from technical support in regards to speed - rather blaming type of modem and device you are using. Unfortunately had to terminate the service.

What to say about Leaptel?! I feel those guys are the underdog, and deserve much more credit and acknowledgement.I have moved to a new area where only OptiComm is available, so I signed up with Leaptel at the very beginning, but the were some connection issues, they quickly identified that the issue may be from my own (BYOD) router, which I refused to believe (I spent $850 on that router and was working just fine when I was on the NBN) so I thought the issue was from Leaptel instead, but failing to acknowledge it.Anyhow, I then moved to another provider but their service and speed weren't as good, so then I moved to yet another ISP and that was the worst. Given that I'm on the OptiComm network, there weren't too many residential ISPs.So, I moved back to Leaptel (also changed the router). But before changing the router, Leaptel support was more than helpful to assist with issues arising from the old router. Very friendly, patient and understanding.They know what they're doing and get straight to the point. And most importantly the support is local.The main reason switching back to Leaptel is their steady internet, friendly support and bandwidth they provide, also their prices are very reasonable, and now have been with them for over 6 months.I highly recommend them for anyone looking to switch from big companies.
