I arranged to have a tailgate window hinge sent to Monbulk Smash Repairs. James quoted $110 to replace it. Dropped off the car in the morning, James called early afternoon to say it was ready and that it's only $55 as it took less time than first thought. That as honest and customer focused as you can get. Great job too. Pity Ford made dodgy tailgate windows, also quoting $750 for the same job. Shame on them.Special mention to Grant Walker Parts for delivering the part within hours of order being placed.

Took my car here when it was hit in the rear end by a truck and James was so professional and helpful and very knowledgeable when I had a lot of questions. Definitely recommend.
