Extremely poor quality, my suit is almost destroyed. I could wear my jacket before giving it to this dry cleaner but now I hope I can somewhere else to fix it. Not recommended!

The worst laundry that I have ever used.The duvets that was supposed to be ironed. Were never ironedand were folded upside downUntidy messy work and they charged me 25 dollars per set

Asked for 3 shirts to be dry cleaned and lady wanted 4 days to do them! The bad reviews about this place are true. Stay away and go to Werribee up the road instead or something

Staff were too busy talking at the back and I was able to hear everything and they didn't notice I was there til a minute later. After I eventually gave them my 3 piece suit the lady carelessly left it on one of the chairs behind the desk and went to the back again to continue her chat. I was speechless for a moment and then I called out to her and asked her to give me the suit back and only then she cared enough to ask “is everything okay?” and I just said “Yeah” and I left

Everything went well until I realised that my cleaned suit now has a dirty sweaty smell after cleaning. Looked clean, smelt dirty. I can only assume cleaning liquids have been recycled one too many times?
