ISW Trading

I have purchased through ISW previously and been most satisfied. I recently purchased wheel bearings for a Honda using website and also providing VIN. I was assured parts were correct. However parts supplied were for non ABS (size correct) and was told correct bearings were not in stock and could not be forwarded for at least a week due to Easter and that I would be fully refunded upon return of bearings as wrong part sent. I informed them I would try to source elsewhere and therefore return bearings. After Easter i again phoned to see if I could send COD or postage barcode rather than claim for refund of postage and was then told not their problem as I had not checked size. Problem was ABS, not size! Summary, I am approx $30 out of pocket for postage costs. I won't be using them again.
