No one really likes looking for rentals so I was pleasantly surprised when working with Nicole how she made the experience so incredibly stressfree. She was so communicative, professional and really took the time to help me and my partner out, we seriously couldn't have found a place in time without her help!We would 100% use this agency (and Nicole) again in the future in a heartbeat.

Listed my property with RMA in 2022 and it was the biggest mistake. Had no care for the landlord what so ever, only the tenant was kept in mind. Tenant posted a room for rent on facebook without my knowledge, had 2 different property managers at this time and received different information from both. Got a lawyer involved, asked the agency for communications between them and the tenant, told me it was a breach of privacy and against the act"

If i had a choice to rate with 0 i would!Avoid using RMANeed training on communications to their staff SPECIFICALLY Maria Van Der Merwe the worst and most rudest person i ever spoken yells at you and hangs up on your face multiple times. THATS NOT THE WAY YOU SHOULD TREAT PEOPLE !

Nicole was extremely friendly and i found her really helpful! Shes also is very prompt to reply to her emails which is even more helpful.Great work Nicole! :)

Worst Real Estate i’ve ever dealt with!!Rented through them for almost a year and it was a horrible experience from the beginning.Moved into the property without ever being told it was for sale so shortly after moving in, had people walking through the place every other day.Throughout the year i’ve had 4 different property managers, all of which are terrible with communication.I’d have to send countless emails and make countless calls to get responses from them. Getting any sort of maintenance was so difficult and took far longer than necessary.They were so bad that the owner of the property got in touch with me just to apologise on their behalf and advise me they will not be renewing the contract with them.

Nicole Fuller has been wonderful! In the 2 days we have deliberated she has provided above and beyond service. Nicole always acted in a professional and very helpful manner! Greatly appreciative for such a positive experience thus far.

Avoid using RMAManaged our rental.Many issues from. start to finish.Need training on communication.Only ever concerned about the tenant and not the property owner.Will never rent the property out again through a agency
