All good so far, but waiting till the return with the parts needed to know how good. Estimate could be ten days wait due to supply and backlog issues, if they keep me informed I will be happy. EDITKept me informed of the position with the parts throughout, let me know when they would be out to fit and complete and turned up at the time they said they would. All fitted testing and working and site left clean and ready for use.All good and happy with the service.Latest service all good and I knew when they were coming and left all working well.They always try and make sure you understand what needs doing and why.

I would highly recommend All Spa Illawarra and the work performed by Glenn. He was very professional and was able to identify and address an intermittent problem with the electrical system due to his experience and perseverance. I was kept informed at all times of the issues and required rectification. Glenn was always on time and would not leave until the job was completed.
