I've always been very pleased with the service provided by Vodafone. In particular, I would like to comment on my recent experience at Vodafone, Kippa Ring. Jimmy assisted me. He was helpful, very pleasant and efficient. His explanations and suggestions were clear and non-patronising, which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this Vodafone shop.

I'm 51 years old and have had a lot of various providers over the years. This is the worst carrier for reception by far. Getting the the phone set up by the staff at Kippa Ring was brilliant though.

Customer service staff were busy with other customers so I waited patiently for 45 min to be served which was fine.I was finally seen by a staff member until a girl came up to wait and the staff member left me to help a girl who had only waited 5 min. I waited another 15 min or so till he had supported this girl with whatever she needed.Since then I have had another bad experience with a staff member with an attitude.

Ask for Sam!!! Normally I completely dread going to a phone shop due to big lines and rude service/people trying to sell me on things but this time it was so so so easy!! It was by far the best customer service and Sam was very thorough to help me change my phone plan. Thanks Sam!
