Long term trust and service!Tara is warm, friendly and very professional in all she does. She has vast experience and knowledge of the local scene and is very supportive with regard to your property goals. Tara does not pressure you but rather gives you time to consider options and then works hard to achieve your goal. Her team provide excellent support and you definitely feel confident that they have your best interests at heart. We were delighted with the outcome of our sale and are grateful to Tara and her team. We will continue to work with Tara in the future, as we believe that she offers the best service in the shire.

Painless͏ Professional SalePaul is a knowledgeable professional with deep insight in the local market that he always communicated. Keeping me in the loop the whole way, he patiently taught me how a property is sold, the steps needed to go through, the admin to attend to, and when. I commend his patience in a difficult market and his flexible realism, and his unfailing friendly style.

From my initial phone call to Su Reynolds the process of the sale was quickly set in motion. Both Su and Luke demonstrated a very proactive approach and kept me informed throughout the whole sales process. Being a hinterland property there was some due diligence required which was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their collective market knowledge is second to none. Their sales negotiations led to a smooth sale and an excellent price.I would certainly recommend the team at First National to deliver results.

I͏ don’t think any other agent works harder for their clients than Su ReynoldsSu and her team provided us with exceptional service while managing the sale of our home, often times going above and beyond their remit. Su kept us informed every step of they way and her knowledge of the local market is second to none. I don’t think any other agent works harder for their clients than Su Reynolds and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Su to others selling a property.

Genuine kindness, compassion and honesty. From the moment I spoke with Su I new she was the right person to sell our property.Su was everything you would expect from a top selling real estate agent, professional, confident, exceptional communicator and has a lovely personal style. However what makes Su stand out from the rest is her genuine kindness, compassion and honesty.I cannot recommend her highly enough.Thank you for being you :)

Called Tara several times and left messages, no call back. Eventually someone called from her office who was also unresponsive and didn't care. In the mean time we purchased a home from someone else - I'd hate to be a vendor and losing clients because of lack of professionalism.

Why is it so hard to purchase a home in the Byron shire? I have been attempting to view a property over the past 4 weeks through this agency. Had same issue with another agent. I am a cash buyer, ready to purchase will no other property to sell so I would think I am a buyer an agency would like to have on their books, especially in this market. However I experienced such a lack of communication by Tara from this agency and then excuses that she was on a conference, when infact she wasnt. I left many phone calls and enquiries. I generally feel sorry for buyers entrusting their house sale to agents who lack basic communication skills. If you are looking at selling your home, look to an agent other than Tara. I did receive a return call of apology from the Principal after my frustrations getting in to view a property over 4 weeks to then be told it had an offer. Thank you for the return call.

Well it had to happen at some stage in my life as I have just encountered the worst real estate agent in my life (68 years), Helen Huntly-Barratt. I arranged to inspect a property at Eureka while I was here for 3 days looking for something to buy. I spoke to her while I was in Sydney and said I would meet her a 2pm Thursday the following week. Somehow she got it mixed up, can't understand how, but rather than apologise she wanted to blame me. Pity the poor vendor with an attitude like that!It seems this agency has too many instances of poor communication.

Excellent agents. There is no better agent in Byron Bay and they know their area. Su Reynolds sold this property to me more than 2 decades ago. I trusted her then and I trust her now. The entire team are supportive, genuine and instantly trustworthy. You will not find a more honourable agency that is both polite and thoughtful with buyers, in touch wth their wishes and needs as well as in tune with the seller and keeping me updated. This journey has been an utter pleasure working with a truly exceptional agency.
