Very easy to call up, very friendly. I booked an appointment in the morning, George from Connex attended site the same day and was very professional. He installed a quality Aus made antenna, in a spot where it also looks great on the colourbond roof. He then tested all connections to make sure they were working, there was no faults at all.Great customer service and quality of work, would definitely recommend again.

Called for a free quote. Two days later Greg came out, we were very happy with the price. He installed everything the same day. Greg was wonderful, made every decision easy and went above and beyond to get us connected in difficult places. We had security cameras installed a couple of years ago and they have been back to install another to the system. Steve and George are so nice and easy to deal with. They are organised and show up on time. They make sure nothing is damaged and there is no mess when they go. The cameras are discreet and Steve takes time to figure out the best placement and the installation was fast. I have been very happy with the system and would recommend using them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steve was not interested in diagnosing my antenna problem correctly. He installed a new antenna and then refused to return when the new installation failed. At 63 I was forced to climb onto my roof to conduct repairs to his faulty installation.

I have been experiencing challenges getting my NBN installed in Cabramatta. Long story short... NBN Co wanted me to get a private cabler to run coaxial cable to a power outlet before they come back and complete the installation of the NBN Connection box. Contacted Steve from Connex Antenna and Security. The customer service from Steve was the best, dealing with NBN Co had been stressful and Steve took the worry away. He was very professional and completed the job perfectly and without any issues. I'm very happy with the cabling work and the wall plate installation. I would highly recommend Connex Antenna and Security. Thank you Steve.

Ticks all the boxes. I enquired to get some help to fix a glitchy antenna that's been bugging us for years and Steve called me right away to book in a time. George came to visit the next morning and he was on time, very professional, clean and didn't waste any time at all. He spent the time troubleshooting and knew exactly what the problems were and how to fix it. Couldn't be any happier with CONNEX Antenna, try to avoid the big companies, these guys are the real deal.
